Description
Summary:
This article addresses the conflict between the Colombian political constitution and the public law 30- 1992 on the one hand, the Colombian constitution garantees full rights to the educational institutions for self government, self regulation by taking in to account it own capabilities, principles and valves. On the other hand the public law 30-1 992 which mandate the accreditation for the institutions revalue the former constitution principle.
