This essays analyzes the fundamentals that give live to the doctrinal standpoints.<br>Dado o interesse jurídico do assistente simples no resultado do processo, não existe discrepância doutrinária no que diz respeito ao entendimento de que tem ele liberdade de atuação processual, exceto no que diz respeito a atos de disposição sobre o direito material controvertido no processo intervindo. Sobre a natureza da posição processual do assistente na intervenção adesiva simples, não reina unanimidade na doutrina. O presente trabalho analisa os fundamentos que animam as posições doutrinárias. |
