It is revealed that the complexity of the coordination of interests of the state, regions and private companies gives rise to a change in the timing and extent of implementation of the first infrastructure projects, and inside them - transport. The conclusion is made about necessity of development of complex projects of development of regions of the new development and may be returning to the practice of territorial-production approach of the Soviet period, as well as project evaluations based on the use of economic spatial patterns. |
