Summary: | The article contains conscripts’ records coming from Radzyń district, is the fruit of a long query archive, which aim was to follow the fate the cadets from Imperial Russian Army. The cadets, who were drafted to the army from this district. The thesis starts with outlining of the political situation in the country and showing the political moods, which were appearing among polish citizens as
well as among the partitioning powers. The continuation is the analysis of the law acts material which created individual units, showing the essence of court cases and the basics of the law occurring in court cases. under oath is seem to be sincere and impartial. The relations themselves are too modest to write up all memories - they create a kind of a “framework plan” of the recruit’s service from the moment of recruitment till the death. This article is a kind of the tribute to the soldiers from Radzyń district, who were forced to fight under the Russian flag but by whole their hearts they did
