Summary:Neuropsychological investigation to 10 patients with Parkinsondiseases which is carried deep brain stimulation of structurespallidum a complex was spent. For research of the cognitivefunctions the complex of techniques of the general neuropsychologicalresearch, the developed A.R.Lurija was used. Thegiven inspection at the operated patients was spent to, after operationand in the remote period within 2 years. Results of inspectionhave shown that deep electrostimulation positively influencescondition cognitive functions, especially in the remoteperiod where it is observed about equal improvement of functioningof all departments of a brain.
