| Summary: | The book that I am pleased to share with the Readers constitutes a special edition of the scientific quarterly “Nieruchomości@”, which is a shared monograph of co-authors as an achievement of the International Scientific Conference “Real estate yesterday, today and tomorrow”, which was held on 20 October 2021 in Warsaw under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Poland and gathered many representatives of the world of science and practitioners related to the real estate issues.
When we accepted the challenge to create and implement a project for a scientific magazine “Nieruchomości@”, the idea was to create a platform for exchanging experiences of both theoreticians and practitioners who deal with the immovable property law, as well as those people who consider law regulations relating to immovable property in the public and private law.
