Summary: This study aimed to know the meaning of life in a sample of women with breast cancer, in Lattakia in the Syrian Arab Republic, and the known differences between respondents depending on the variables of the study ,Residence (rural, city), marital status (single mom, married), work (working, non-working), age (less than 45.45 and above), and the study descriptive analytical method has been adopted, and has taken a researcher from the questionnaire President to take the views of members of the tool The study sample consisted meaning of life scale questionnaire prepared by the researcher was applied to a sample consisting of 70 women . Results: -There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among a sample search of breast cancer patients in the province of Lattakia on a scale the meaning of life according to members of the variable age. -The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among a sample search of breast cancer patients in the province of Lattakia members of the meaning of life on a scale according to marital status variable . -The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05)among a sample search of breast cancer patients in the province of Lattakia members on a scale according to the meaning of life to work variable. -There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among a sample search of breast cancer patients in the province of Lattakia on a scale the meaning of life according to members of the variable place of residence.
