| Summary: | The work concerns the pattern building for heterogeneous enterprise information systems (IS). Quite a heavy data burden has been accumulated by the enterprises, and it tends to increase further. Global distribution of the heterogeneous data and its weak-structuredness make it difficult to manage in a uniform way. A problem-oriented approach for enterprise IS pattern development is presented, which includes a formal model and a software development toolkit. Implementation results are given, which prove significant terms and cost reduction. |
