description | To improve stripping works by increasing the efficiency of excavation, loading and transportation equipment the article considers conditions of development of the open pits, where loam and clay are excavated.
Determination of research directions is connected to the analysis of the modern state of mining works in the open-pit, review of literary sources on improvement of overburden works in open-pit conditions, allows us to formulate aims and problems on substantiation of the technological scheme of work of cyclic complexes at development of overburden. The analysis of factors of influence on productivity of cyclic technology of development of overburden at open pits is carried out and technical interaction of equipment of cyclic technology is explored. During researches the interrelation of excavator parameters with dump trucks was set and the influence of excavator bucket filling factor on productivity of cyclic technology equipment in open pit was studied. During researches probabilistic-statistical methods of results processing, the theory of mass service at planning of variable productivity of the equipment are applied. It is defined, that excavator output rate value is directly proportional to efficiency of using geometric capacity of the bucket. Changing of the excavator output rate from the efficiency of using the geometric capacity of the bucket is established, which connected with rounding of the fractional part of the bucket to a smaller integer value. It is established, that at operation of CAT 336 D2L excavator the maximum efficiency of the dump load capacity use is reached at loading of Volvo FM 6×4 dump truck with bucket filling factor 1–1,05 (the deviation of rated load capacity from nameplate 0–4,8 %). The maximum efficiency of Volvo A40G is reached when working with an excavator Volvo EC480 at a bucket filling ratio of 1.0 (the deviation of the calculated payload from the passport capacity of 4,1 %). On the basis of received calculated values of productivity of available loading and transport equipment of cyclic technologies, at various combinations of application, it is possible to define an optimum combination of loading and transport equipment. The proposed solutions of stripping operations in clay and loam mining conditions allow increasing the efficiency of using the main production equipment when carrying out mining operations. |
