Summary: | We present a case of maxillofacial deposits in a 57 year-old man with stage IIIc colorectal adenocarcinoma. Metastasis of colorectal cancer to the maxillofacial region without viscus invasion is rare. The patient complained of right-sided facial swelling and worsening pain over his right zygoma with biopsy confirming a metastatic process. Despite the rarity of metastases to the maxillofacial region, clinicians must consider this differential diagnosis, particularly in those with malignancy history. |
