Description
Summary:The relationship between the legal and social order and the dissident sexualities, among which the homosexuality, has always been particularly complex. If the Greco-Roman civilization soaked in an atmosphere of tolerance, the Judeo-Christian world has laid the foundations for a moral and legal repression from which the West has difficulty in freeing itself. This article analyzes the evolution of the legal treatment of the homosexuality and shows the difficult reconciliation between the law and the homosexual citizens.
