采用新型抑制器,对乙酸根、甲酸根、丙酮酸根、氟离子、山梨酸根、苯甲酸根、硝酸根、磷酸根、酒石酸根、硫酸根、草酸根、柠檬酸根在流速为1.5 ml/min,碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠梯度淋洗液分离,抑制电导检测得到理想的分离效果和较高的灵敏度.乙酸根、甲酸根、丙酮酸根、氯离子、山梨酸根、苯甲酸根、硝酸根、磷酸根、酒石酸根、硫酸根、草酸根、柠檬酸根检测限分别为0.45 μg/ml,0.27 μg/ml,0.60 μg/ml,0.42 μg/ml,0.72 μg/ml,2.16 μg/ml,3.66μg/ml,0.33 μg/ml,1.44 μg/ml,1.53 μg/ml,1.23 μg/ml,0.45 μg...
