Dyeing Mechanism of Wool and Silk with Extract of Allium Cepa
Silk and wool fabrics were dyed with the colorant extracted from Allium cepa. Dyeing experiments were carried out varying temperature and pH. Colour uptake and colour fastness have been investigated.
