Summary: | The studies showed that in most patients with hyperplasia endometrial (> 80%) there are infectious agents in air hole uterine, in all patients there are immune distortions on a systematic and local levels, intensified in a presence of intrauterine infection. This is a patogenetic prove for including antibacterial therapy (when infectious factors present) and immune therapy at the systematic and local levels in a treatment’ complex. This kind of therapy allows to optimize the preparation of patients for physiologic course of pregnancy and contributes to correct development of the fetus. |
