Summary:It is presented the action of the millimetric waves of low intensities over the morpho-cultural features, the degree of reproduction, the biosynthesis of aminoacids on the Saccharomyces cervisiae CNMN-Y-16 bread yeast. Experimentally it was established that the functional activity of the yeast stem is determined by the regime and by the duration of the emittance of the millimetric waves.
