pyPaSWAS: Python-based multi-core CPU and GPU sequence alignment.
Our previously published CUDA-only application PaSWAS for Smith-Waterman (SW) sequence alignment of any type of sequence on NVIDIA-based GPUs is platform-specific and therefore adopted less than could be.
