description Purpose of the study: to evaluate osteogenic rate of various characteristics of mechanical loading based on the authors’ data as well as literature analysis.Literature analysis proved that clinical outcome of physical training can be achieved not only by increasing the mechanical load but also by altering number of load iterations, rate of load acceleration, frequency of cyclic load, rest interval, distribution of load across the skeleton. Presented data provides a reasonable basis to apply alterations of all above-mentioned load characteristics to obtain clinical effect and customize every single baseline exercise plan to gain a maximum treatment and preventive effect in individuals with high risk of osteoporotic fractures.
