Determination of triazine herbicides by ion chromatography with UV detection(离子色谱法测定三嗪类除草剂)
本文报道利用离子色谱法同时分离分析莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通除草剂的方法.采用CG-12(2 mm)分离柱,紫外检测器,用一系列的淋洗液.实验在0.20 mol • L-1 H2SO4 + 25%CH3CN条件下,得到最佳分离效果.莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通的测定均有良好的线性.它们的检测限分别为莠去津为3.13× 10-2µg • mL-1,扑草净为4.39×10-2µg • mL-1,扑灭通为1.36× 10-2 µ/mL-1,此方法可用于废水中除草剂的测定,样品的回收率在96.00%~105.32%之间....
