Buccal flap was used to close the defects, but one of them remained open and resulted in oroantral fistula. Second </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>correction was performed to close the defect using buccal fat pad, but the fistula still persisted.
