Their jobs and occupations had been almost precarious, characterized by low-skill requirements, short-time contracts, high job rotation and low wages. Indeed, they have frequently faced periods of unemployment. In the present work market situation, characterized by severe contraction of employments and rise of education requirements, these workers with little formal schooling face high risk of exclusion. |
