description The purpose of Teaching4Learning@Unipd (T4L) model is to promote the improvement of teaching at university, as well as the development of a Faculty Learning Community (FLC) within academic contexts of Padua. The model has required the creation and the use of instruments coherent with the objectives of the training activities and used by the participants themselves within their contexts. Specifically, the paper, after an overview of T4L experience, presents the instruments that have been developed in it. They are referred to the Italian version of the Teaching Perspective Inventory (Pratt et al., 2016), the peer-feedback grid for microteaching activity, and the format and guidelines of Peer Obervation of Active Teaching (POAT).
