| description | The purpose of this study was to examine effects of the effects of expertise in finance and accounting on job quality of staff of Finance and Accounting in Mahasarakham University. This study used a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting the data 95 supply analyst at Mahasarakham University. The statistics methods of analysis were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Expertise in finance and accounting knowledge management. There was a relationship and a positive impact on job quality, internal process and operation and participant satisfaction 2) Expertise in finance and accounting consciousness. There was a relationship and a positive impact on overall job quality, goal accomplishment, system resource, internal process and operation. |
