description We study the constant-roll tachyon inflation with large and small <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>η</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula>. In previous studies, only the constant-roll tachyon inflation with small <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>η</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula> is consistent with the observations. We find that the duality between the constant-roll tachyon inflation with large and small <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>η</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula> may exist. The apparent duality suggests that the constant-roll tachyon inflationary model with large <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>η</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula> may also be consistent with the observations. By fitting the spectral tilde <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mi>n</mi><mi>s</mi></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> and tensor to scalar ratio <i>r</i>, which is a measure of primordial gravitational waves with the observations, we get small and large <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>η</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula> in this range <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mo>−</mo><mn>0.01629</mn><mo>≤</mo><msub><mi>η</mi><mi>H</mi></msub><mo>≤</mo><mo>−</mo><mn>0.00079</mn></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> and <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mn>3.00081</mn><mo>≤</mo><msub><mi>η</mi><mi>H</mi></msub><mo>≤</mo><mn>3.01621</mn></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> at the 2<inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mi>σ</mi></semantics></math></inline-formula> C.L for <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>N</mi><mo>=</mo><mn>60</mn></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> efolds.
