研究油茶枯饼提取物的主要生物活性成分及其对镉致氧化应激和学习记忆损伤的保护作用。采用UPLC MS/MS分析油茶枯饼提取物的主要生物活性成分。将9周龄SD大鼠随机分为对照组(0.9% NaCl溶液灌胃+0.9%NaCl溶液腹腔注射)、染毒组(0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃+0.1%CdCl2 溶液腹腔注射)、干预组(1%油茶枯饼提取物溶液灌胃+0.1%CdCl2溶液腹腔注射),按每天灌胃,3 d 腹腔注射停1 d方式连续饲养31 d后,进行水迷宫试验,评估各组大鼠的学习记忆功能,计算脏器系数,并检测大鼠血清、肾脏、肝脏和大脑中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二...
