Summary:Intracranial hemangiopericytomas are rare vascular tumours, account for less than 1% of all primary tumours of the central nervous system. This tumour usually found outside of CNS i.e., lower extremities and retroperitoneum. Treatment is surgery followed by radiotherapy to decrease chances of recurrences. This is a case report of a young female diagnosed with intracranial hemangiopericytoma in 2021 at our hospital-Acharya Tulsi Regional Cancer Institute, Bikaner.
