Among several the most popular methods of time-management we can headline ABC-method, that are very common in use, but all requirements of the project management could be covered by the time-management matrix aka the Eisenhower’s matrix. Also this article consist de-scription the following methods: target tree and delegation of tasks. Results of investigations in this article would help to manage big teams in the process of work. |
