At the present stage, the proper level of development of all the subjectivity components, in the light of modern requirements for the heads of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, is of key importance for the effectiveness of their professional activities. The purpose of this research is to study the specifics in the structure of subjectivity of the heads of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation on the basis of the subject-activity approach, the concept of subjectivity of Volkova E.N. and the models of subjectivity of Shchukina M.A. The study used these psychodiagnostic techniques: “Test questionnaire of the level of development of personality subjectivity” (by Shchukina M.A., version for adults) and “Study of the structure of subjectivity” by Volkova E.N., Seregina A.I. The study involved 104 chiefs of internal affairs bodies (N=104), of various levels of subordination.
