Summary: | European Union Law proposes important and profound revision of the Directive on network and information security considering the need for a new, and better, standardization of Member States’ national law about cybersecurity. Such reform appears to be necessary looking at the last developments of recent years, as well as at the various crisis factors at international level, even in terms of critical infrastructures and their interdependence. The subject of interest looks, fitting between different traditions and regulatory cultures, to innovative perspectives, both in terms of Law and possible educational developments.
