Summary:In France, the educative measure in an open custody is decided by the juvenile court judge (Art. 375 of the Civil Code) and requires family actors, especially minors. The implementation of this measure is carried out by child welfare professionals and therefore starts a work to support each other and negotiating commitments. As a decision and an imposed accountability family actors, how is organized the legal measure fo constraint with the injunction to sign contracts ? Which strategies are developed by child welfare professionals to spend a coercive measure to support work ? What types of commitments are expected of minors and minors how do they undertake ? This article brings to light the formal spaces designed for the participation of family actors and spaces created in the educational support.
