Due to the imperfection of national legislation in countries that have only recently embarked on the path of a market economic system, the creation of an effective international competition regulation system should contribute to the implementation of the principles and norms of competitive relations that are mandatory or recommendatory. The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems in the modern international system of competition regulation, as well as to identify problems and ways to improve the system of regulation of competitive relations in Russia. |
