A comprehensive analysis and evaluation of archival material of Neurology department of Republican hospital N2 - the Center for Emergency Medical Aid for 2 001-2011 was carried out. A prospective study was performed in 77 patients (60 women and 17 men) at the Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery and Neurology, RB N 2 CEMP. Studies have revealed the prevalence of patients with trigeminal neuralgia among women of Yakut ethnic group. The clinical course was more common combined lesion branches of the trigeminal nerve, often with separate injury suffered second branch of the trigeminal nerve.
