Summary: | The head and neck lymphomas are localized the most common in Waldeyer ring. These are include the most common B-cell non- Hodgkin’s lymphomas. Tonsillar involvement of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma have been reported showing the average patient age of 59. Clinical findings in patients with tonsillar lymphoma involvement; sore throat, tonsillar enlargement, difficulty in swallowing, neck mass presence and visual complaints. This case, 32-year-old female patient presented with peritonsillar abscess. We performed tonsillectomy because of suspected the view. Pathologic examination revealed diffuse large cell B lymphoma has. B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with Peritonsillar abscess and an early age presenting with tonsillar involvement was not found in another case in the literature.
