Nevertheless, the use of perineal access surgery remains indisputable for carefully selected patient groups. Undoubtedly, this type of intervention has obvious advantages, which are described amply in the lecture, in particular such as minimally invasive and economical expediency. The article presents modern functional and oncological results of perineal radical prostatectomy.
