Because of the fact that these problems have not been treated in the frames of Macedonian legal regulations, in this article, in general terms, an effort has been made to describe the way in which a procedure of urban reparcelling can be applied and carried out, using experiences of some other countries where it represents a legal instrument for realization of urban settlements. |
