However, symbolic violence lacks visibility and unspeakable, which is why there are no legal instruments capable of fighting it. The test presented here gives rise to call attention to the phenomenon of the Rhetoric of Fear in the context of Symbolic Violence, considering there is high recurrence events in various social settings and that can not be criminalized or fought since his character unverifiable. Refer to as Symbolic Violence acts and speeches of non-physical character that produced profound psychological impacts that can alter peoples lives above all when they are unaware and / or ability to react. |
