| description | The case report of an 18 years patient is described. She went to Mártires del Moncada Teaching Provincial Stomatologic Clinic in Santiago de Cuba, due to persistence of temporary canine teeth. The participation of a multidisciplinary team integrated by specialists in: orthodontics, imaging, prosthesis and maxillofacial surgery was necessary for the successful diagnosis and treatment. They corroborated the retention of upper canine teeth. By means of the combined treatment of orthodontics and prosthesis, the patient cosmetic and functional rehabilitation was achieved. |
