| Summary: | The present ar ticle approaches quest ions concerning the t ransformat ion of the urban landscape of the productive agglomeration of Santa Cruz of the Capibaribe, city located in the pernambucano wasteland, focusing in the modification of its locus productive, from the withdrawal of the fair of the Sulanca that before occurred in 28 streets downtown and until its change for the new commercial enterprise the "Santa Cruz Center Fashion". The boarding is qualitative and uses the method of the analysis of photographic images and verbal stories, privileging the historical moments of the decades of 1980, 1990 and the cur rent reality, making one it has rescued description of the diverse moments of the economy of the city and the use of the space in the studied period, standing out aspects and concepts concerning physical reality, morphologic, economic, social, the understanding of cluster and the requalification of the space on downtown streets, passing for the interpretation of the conflicts and consensuses or iginated this modif icat ion, detect ing the necessit ies of requalification of the space of the city inside of physics, economics and socials perspectives. |
