Description
Summary:Subluxation of the tibialis posterior tendon (TPT) from the medial malleolar groove is an uncommon lower extremity injury, typically encountered after a traumatic event. Early identification and appropriate surgical intervention is necessary for treatment. The authors present a case of a non-traumatic repeat TPT subluxation and the surgical techniques implemented for repair of the associated soft tissue structures and deepening of the medial malleolar groove.
