This study particularly uses the concepts of inner borders, deportation and citizenship discussed by contemporary Border studies. Living in a multicultural city where identity controls are a social practice that permeates various daily activities, Brazilians have to constantly negotiate their existence through the inner borders of London without being denounced by their lack of visa. |
