Resumo:The overall objective was to analyze how the process of developing dynamic capabilities can be enhanced by the practices of internationalization of innovation include, in particular: (a) autonomy in R & D granted to the subsidiary of a multinational, (b) the delegated technological assignments the subsidiary of a multinational, (c) reverse transfer subsidiary of knowledge assets to the array and other foreign subsidiaries of a multinational and (d) the ambidesteridade (adaptation and alignment functions) exerted by the subsidiary of a multinational. To this end, it carried out a qualitative research and adopted as a method to study the case of Siemens Brazil. Specifically, analyzed in depth the mechanisms and development interfaces of the following innovations of Siemens Brazil: (1) Underground Transformer Dry DrySub, (2) System Smart Grid power management, (3) Dynamic Positioning System Offshore platforms and (4) Contactors Digital. The survey findings reveal relevant scientific contributions with regard to understanding the fundamentals and key processes of the dynamic of technological development site of a subsidiary, and synergies towards the internationalization practices of innovation of a multinational.
