description Combined with the working process of the synchronizer and theoretical formula,to shorten the synchronization time as the goal,the parameters influence on shift and shift synchronization time are studied and the parameters are optimized. By using the ADAMS and Pro / E,the virtual prototype model of accurate lock ring synchronizer is built and the simulation analysis of the model is carried out. The reliability of the result of simulation and optimization is verified by experiments. The optimized model is import into ANSYS workbench for finite element structure analysis and check. The reference basis for the design of synchronizer is provided.
