The method of structuring factors and formation of a general model of quality of educational services is offered. The main problems of practical application of models with a limited length of the factorial field of direct connections are described and analyzed at the insufficient level of knowledge of the nature of direct connections. As a result sub criteria of the model are referred to the integrated groups, methodological advantages of the obtained results to ensuring adoption of administrative decisions are shown |
