description | Perhaps one of the most important possessions of the citizen to defend his rights and force the state to respond to his service demands is his right to peaceful demonstration, and therefore, given the importance of this right, it has been organized at both the national and international levels, through constitutions and special legislation at the internal level, and conventions and declarations at the international level, but despite this recognition, it is often done The exercise of this right is restricted by several restrictions, especially at the internal level, which leads to the weakening of the real value of this right on the ground, which ultimately leads to the absence of the element of alignment between the internal and international organization of the right to peaceful demonstrations, and we have noted through research that certain terms are often exploited by virtue of their concept of compliance with the exercise of this right. Like the terms "national security, public order and other terms", originally mentioned in the universal declarations related to human rights, this is sharp to suggest some recommendations that will activate this right to serve the citizens and help them achieve their demands. |
