Summary:Abstract This study aimed to identify the extent to which social sciences teachers in M’sila university possess and use  the technological teaching  competencies and the study seeks answers for the following questions : 1-To which extent social sciences teachers in M’sila university possess the technological teaching  competencies from their point of view ? 2- To which extent social sciences teachers in M’sila university use the technological teaching  competencies from their point of view ? 3-Are there differences in the extent of possessing the technological teaching  competencies related to teachers sex: ( males/females)? To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire of technological teaching  competencies which was applied on a sample of 94 male and female teachers in the department of social sciences in M’sila.the researcher also used mean and standard deviation to answer the questions of the study The study has answered the questions  which came at the beginning and it suggested recommendations which the researcher hope to be taken into consideration. Key Words Educational establishment, technological teaching  competencies , quality systems, objectives, procedures, outputs.
