Description
Summary:We propose a theoretical model for studying the dynamics of two-quantum dots system embeded in a nanocavity, which are coupled by Förster, dipolar interactions and the phonon assisted cavity feeding. The model takes into account photons looses, pumping and spontaneous emission of excitons via the Lindblad master equation formalism. The dynamics of the system is strongly influenced by the Förster and phononic interactions, and it is evidenced in the diagonal elements of the density matrix and the dispersion relation of the system. The entanglement of the system is quantified by the concurrence, and it is shown that the Förster interaction improves the entanglement in high excitation regime, in contrast to the effect due to the phonon assisted cavity feeding that tends to reduce it.
