The present investigation is focused on validating a project to reform Article 87 of the General Organic Code of Processes focused on making it possible to justify the defendant's absence. For the validation, a Neutrosophic Hypothesis was used, which allowed to demonstrate that the lawyers of Los Ríos Province are at least partially in agreement with the proposed reform. |
