In the <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>U</mi><msub><mrow><mo>(</mo><mn>1</mn><mo>)</mo></mrow><mi>X</mi></msub></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>SSM, the lightest CP-even Higgs mass <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><msub><mi>m</mi><msup><mi>h</mi><mn>0</mn></msup></msub></semantics></math></inline-formula> is studied by using the Higgs effective potential with one-loop corrections. We also calculate the Higgs decays <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msup><mi>h</mi><mn>0</mn></msup><mo>→</mo><mi>γ</mi><mi>γ</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>, <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msup><mi>h</mi><mn>0</mn></msup><mo>→</mo><mi>V</mi><mi>V</mi><mspace width="3.33333pt"></mspace><mrow><mo>(</mo><mi>V</mi><mo>=</mo><mi>W</mi><mo>,</mo><mspace width="3.33333pt"></mspace><mi>Z</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>, <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msup><mi>h</mi><mn>0</mn></msup><mo>→</mo><mi>l</mi><mover accent="true"><mi>l</mi><mo>¯</mo></mover><mi>Z</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>, and <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msup><mi>h</mi><mn>0</mn></msup><mo>→</mo><mi>ν</mi><mover accent="true"><mi>ν</mi><mo>¯</mo></mover><mi>Z</mi></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>.
