Summary:Some methods allowing for the selection of the most suitable contractor based on 26 criteria are offered. The bidding procedures of FIDIC, the international organization of consulting engineers are assessed. Contractors are evaluated by a multicriteria decision method COPRAS. The significance of the contractor evaluation criteria is determined by ranking. A description of the criteria and their rankings according to 100â€point scale are provided.
