PERFORATED DUODENAL ULCER. CLINICAL CASE OF MARITIME MEDICINE
We report a favorable outcome of late diagnosed and operated (delayed for several days) perforated duodenal ulcer from the practice of medical support for the modern oil-tanker fleet. Main features of medical care for shipboard personnel are discussed as well.
