Peroxidase isoenzymes in germinating barley seeds and in seminal roots

Four isoenzymes in germinating seeds and eight isoenzymes in seminal roots appeared in all the cultivars tested. The cultivars differed also in the relative activity of the isoenzymes in the tested organs. |
